DO YOUR RESEARCH. Don’t waste your time & money on this business with lackluster results & service. Below details my experience over the next 10 months. (May 2021) I spoke to Ruby Castro, their Client Coordinator, over the phone who told me about the laser hair removal full body promo package for New Clients for $3300 for 6 sessions. The appointments would be every 4-8 weeks, depending on the growth. | I had an in-person consultation to get more info. The location was fairly easy to find if you’re familiar with the HUB. There wasn’t necessarily a welcoming aura with the front desk girls they have working there. But, I wasn’t there for them, so I proceeded. Also, the bathroom needed some attention, as the trash was over-flowing…I just figured they were busy. | I spoke to Ruby about my concerns and the results I was seeking, primarily in the Brazilian area. I paid the full $3300 up front, which was mandatory for the promo, and scheduled my first couple of visits. Ruby told me that because I had fair skin and dark brown hair, I’d make a perfect candidate. She also mentioned that IF I did not see my desired results after my 6 sessions, she would make a “special in-house deal” for more. | The front office were bland and seemed to be annoyed by any interaction. When I arrived late once, the girl Ashley says: (without greeting me first) “Wow, you’re a WHOLE 15 minutes late”. I told her I called to say I’d be late and she told me to sign a Late Fee waiver.| A couple of times I even got confirmation calls and the receptionist would tell me the time they had me on schedule for which would be incorrect with what I was initially told & agreed to. | My sessions went okay. The best sessions I had were the 2 that were with a petite young nurse with long hair. She was thorough and kind; regretfully, I don’t know her name. Otherwise, I had the same nurse for my other sessions. She was decent but I kind of felt like my sessions were rushed. | When my last session neared, I emailed Ruby to attempt to establish one of these “in house deals” since I definitely was not pleased with my results. Her short, seemingly dismissive, response left a bad taste in my mouth, but I still wanted to hear what she had to say when the time came. | After my final laser session, I spoke to Ruby about not being satisfied with the results. Her only course of action was to suggest that I pay $1800 more for 6 more sessions (her “in house deal”) after I had already paid $3300 with nothing to show for it. And to add insult to injury, she told me that “these are the old prices so if you want to take advantage of these I’d need to know VERY soon”. Their policies currently in place are flawed and don’t reflect a concern for client satisfaction.| (March 2022) I emailed Ruby to express dissatisfaction and requested a refund. She didn’t respond but rather forwarded my email to the owner who emailed me 5 days later to “provide more info”. What I found to be so interesting is that all this “info” was NEVER provided to me at my consultation. This “info” would have been very helpful in my decision whether to spend my money on this elective treatment. The owner stated in the email that the “Brazilian area (the area that I designated to Ruby as my main concern) takes longer to respond to treatment.” Also, the owner says that “6 sessions is the average number of sessions for a client to start seeing reduction in hair growth”. “START”. . Ruby, the Client Coordinator, NEVER shared any of this information with me. I felt played. And it seems quite fraudulent that Ruby, the person in charge of incoming clients, not only lacked knowledge but was not forthright about what to expect and what I was paying for. | All in all, it’s costly treatment ($,$$$) and you’re going to have to get at least 2 packages of 6-sessions if you hope to see any (maybe slight) results. If your funds are endless, zap those follicles until your heart is content, just NOT at RENEW MD. You’ll want better service than this establishment is capable of providing.

Positive: ProfessionalismThe clinic and staff at RenewMD are very professional and make you feel completely at ease. As it was my first experience with lip enhancement, I was very nervous but felt in safe hands as soon as I walked in the door.I had my lips done by nurse Lisa, not only is she lovely but also very professional and informative. She explained to me what the process would be like, and talked me through the procedure to make me feel less anxious. I was surprised at how Lisa truly molded my lips with the needle. She went into my lips a few extra times just to make sure they were the shape and volume we were trying to achieve.Overall, I love how my lips look and think that the benefits of filler outweigh the few days of discomfort and soreness after the procedure. I contemplated a few weeks before writing this review. Then I thought, people need to know and you can make your own decision. Last April I went to Renew MD ( Dr. Simran Sethi) for Botox injections of my forehead, frown lines, and crow feet ( I had done Dysport before at other places). As it is customary, I went in after two weeks to see if there is touch up needed. They did a few more injections on my frown and crows feet. The forehead was looking fine and no additional injections was given. Two weeks later ( so, thats 4 weeks after first treatment ) I noticed that my forehead lines and movements were coming back. So, I called the office to come in for an evaluation. I saw Dr Sethi. Her explanation was that some people have Botox resistance, etc… She suggested I purchase an additional 10 units and also come in every 2 months. So, I said, if I have resistance, why should I pay for extra units? Or come in every two months? BTW, I forgot to tell her, why only two lines in my forehead decided to be resistant to Botox? Why did it work on the rest of the areas ? From lots of research I did and also talked to subject matter experts, they all told me the right answer to my situation is that the Botox may be old, over diluted, or fake. Dr Sethi has a very nice demeanor and I am sure many get “convinced” to come in every two months and purchase a lot more units. I feel sorry for you guys.

I really feel like I trust them since they didn’t try and up sell me and were honest about what they recommended.The quality of treatments are great. All good things take time, but I feel comfortable going, getting my treatments, and chatting with everyone. It’s a very friendly atmosphere with products that are working great for me!I would recommend them, 100%. Had a hydrofacial recently. The customer service was wonderful, the establishment was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome when I came and refreshed when I left. This is the first facial I’ve had that gave me noticeable results that lasted over a week.
