Just want to say my experience has been great and I’m a very satisfied customer, they are very professional and offer great customer service, the staff and owners are friendly and helpful and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, their environment is very clean and always smells good. The best massage I’ve ever had! I had a 60 min custom massage with Lisa and she worked so many kinks out of my claves, hamstrings, low back, and shoulders. Lisa was very intuitive with her techniques. The front desk staff is very responsive, kind, and helpful. Looking forward to a follow up massage next week!

She, and her staff, are professional, caring, and go out of their way to make sure that every appointment is beyond your expectations. I highly recommend getting a package, you will want to become a regular customer too.

The place has a very welcoming and relaxing environment which is nice. The staff was very nice but I had a few issues and I’m usually not one to complain: 1. I was less than 5 min late, they proceeded to ask me questions about my problem areas which I had kindly and promptly filled out online. So that took another 15 minutes. After I went in to room there was another 5 min break to have me change so…..needless to say I got a 35 min massage for the price of a 60 minute massage… which I believe was a little over priced to start with.

When I noticed the full price of a massage that was never received, on my account, I decided to contact Renew and find out what had happened. I spoke with Brett, who identified herself as a manager. She informed me that this was a charge due to a no-show. I let her know that no appointment was made and that this must be due to an error, given that my fiancee was out of town on business. She had already once visited this location and received a massage, no longer than two weeks prior.

For the gentleman who had the need to speak negatively about brett (who also scored other businesses a 1 star) she was being polite in stating she was the manager when in REALITY she is co-owner with the lead therapist Nohemi. It is a FAMILY business, brother and sisters. Secondly, you would have not been charged a no- show fee if you did not provide your credit card information to the company or to be used by your fiance- or if your fiance did not book another appointment and just happened to left your credit card information on her account….common sense right?
