Renew Therapeutic Massage is a business dedicated to improving your quality of life. This may simply mean releasing soft-tissue tension caused by everyday stress, posture, or overuse. Or it may mean treating complex pain and range-of-motion issues associated with injuries (both recent and old), and syndromes, such as carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, or thoracic outlet. We do this by combining an extensive understanding of the human anatomy with our own unique blend of massage modalities including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, swedish, and assisted stretching techniques. Each massage is customized to fit your unique body and address your specific needs. We look forward to helping you feel better.

The office is a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. Lauren takes the time to learn about each client’s needs and can tailor the massage to address your own particular issues. The space is relaxing and comfortable. The heated massage table works like a dream to put you in a relaxed state. Lauren is able to adjust the pressure so that it hits that balance between maximum lasting benefit and mild discomfort. Her understanding of the body makes her massage effective at addressing underlying issues, as well as giving immediate benefit. I highly recommend the experience.

Bill gave me an incredible massage. I came in with a lot of neck and shoulder tension and his technique and deep pressure made all the difference. The heated table was an added bonus. The office is nice and quiet and free of distractions. The massage felt very therapeutic and I will definitely be returning.

It had been far too long between massages (before the pandemic) and I was feeling sore and out of sorts everywhere. Bill has been hugely impactful after just two sessions: I feel like myself again. He is knowledgeable, strong, and not afraid to take on the tough stuff with a hefty dose of encouragement for his client! Going back next week!

Lauren is amazing, I’ve been looking for a true massage therapist in St Louis for a while. She has worked to figure out the root of my back pain and helped to develop a plan including things I can do on my own between sessions. Highly recommend her!

Bill is very knowledgeable and gives an incredible massage. I hadn’t been to Renew in six months due to health reasons, but when I walked in he remembered me and confirmed if my problem areas I wanted him to focus on were the same or if I had additional issues. I’m so impressed with Renew and Bill and highly recommend their services

Recently I’ve been having some pain in my lower back. So I booked my appointment with Bill at Renew Therapeutic Massage. Bill is a skilled professional and provided a deep massage that helped relieve the pain during our session. It was very calm and relaxing. I look to forward to booking again.

She is just the best! She spends time in any areas you want to focus on and even finds “problem areas” that you may not have known you’d have. Lauren pays a lot of attention to any injuries you might have or sensitivities, and is able to offer excersizes or stretches to help alleviate pain in the future. I have a mild back injury and felt so much better even days after visiting.

Bill was very professional and polite. I have had chronic shoulder pain for years. This is the first massage I have had where I felt better a little more than a week after my appointment. I have tried other places before, and my shoulder would feel better during the appointment, or maybe at most a day after the appointment, but never this long. I immediately rebooked with him before I left. Also, booking online is incredibly easy. I was able to pay and tip, and fill out the paperwork before I arrived to. His prices are very reasonable too, and unlike Massage Envy & Massage Luxe, you don’t have to buy packages and a 90 minute massage is actually 90 minutes, no 80 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about his craft as well. If you have chronic pain, or just want to treat yourself, book with him.

Lauren is wonderful. My shoulder blades were bothering me and she fixed me. I’m glad that I’ve came across their page. I needed a therapist that knows the human anatomy. I already set my second appointment.
