They did a great job on my nails. Were very tolerant of the toddler we had with us. Fairly friendly. Bring cash as it is preferred (though they do have an ATM on site with only $1 fee).

We love this salon! We have several places in our own town we could go to but we drive an hour because we like this salon so much. Hun is a sweet girl. We always get treated very well and sometimes we’ve had to wait because I believe they do walk in’s BUT just try to enjoy the experience and visit with someone. They are VERY polite AND accomodating!

Went only one time here after disappointed in Decorah… the only problem the owner seems rude and needs to treat customers better. They did ok job on my nails but really need to improve their service… since not many options nearby I wanted to try them again but owner never answer the phone or return your calls. I’m probably never coming back, now I go to either La Crosse, Dubuque or Waterloo.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment for a pedicure the first time and waited 30 minutes for someone to finally begin. The second time (12/30/2021)I had an appt for both pedicure and manicure, and was waited on by the bigger guy who had no idea what he was doing. For the pedicure he was using the pemice stone on the top of the foot which was very painful. When cutting the cuticle he clipped some of my live skin which became very inflamed and tender. Lastly when it came to my manicure, he he had no idea what he was doing. I asked for square shape which he just cut the top of my nail with the clippers and didn’t file into a pretty square shape. He just left the blunt edges and it looked absolutely awful. Also the main guy who runs the place was arguing with a customer as I was paying and ready to leave. From. What I understood he didn’t get what the customer was asking for and was getting extremely defensive. Critical: ValueOriginally from out of town went to get nails done with my daughter while I was visiting her and they did not remove my old dip he painted over it like he was putting acrylics on within 2 days my nails are popping away from the dip called and he will not do anything about it to reimburse me going to get my nails done from another place. Originally from out of town went to get nails done with my daughter while I was visiting her and they did not remove my old dip he painted over it like he was putting acrylics on within 2 days my nails are popping away from the dip called and he will not do anything about it to reimburse me going to get my nails done from another place.
