I was so anxious and afraid and they answered all my questions and went above and beyond ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The process was so simple and easy and I felt heard. They took their time and just talked to me like I was family. Didn’t rush me or make me do something I didn’t want to do. The laser itself didn’t hurt one bit and it was on my finger! Was looking to get my tattoos faded out enough for a cover up and an a consultant named Jesse reached out to me through text and email after I made an inquiry on their website. Seemed helpful up until I told him I lived in Corpus Christi and he stopped texting back and emailing back. I was willing to make the trip to San Antonio for their services because I couldn’t find anywhere here in corpus to get my tattoos faded.

Everything is great, super clean, amazing staff except their tiny 5 min grace period with no direct number to reach when you’re running late. This is how they get you when you pay in full. You get turned away and there’s nothing you can do anything since you already paid.

The ladies at Removery are so kind and welcoming, I felt comfortable from my first consultation with them. I’ve only had 2 sessions, but I also had a test spot session before that because of a history of scarring. They have been amazing at supporting me and walking me through the process so I knew what to expect and understand how to care for the tattoos during the process. It is a commitment that effects your time, your finances, and requires diligence during healing, but it is all well worth it and I am so grateful to these ladies for helping me achieve my desired tattoo removal results. I would recommend them to anyone.
