Shout out to the staff at the Naperville location. They make the experience so much more pleasant. Though I’ve only had two treatments, both times have been great. Upon my initial/fist visit, the staff explained the whole process and answered all my questions thoroughly. The payment plans are pretty self explanatory. My tattoo is really dark, but by my second treatment, you could see it had lightened slightly and is now showing hints of brown, meaning it’s fading and the treatments are work.
