My experience was amazing here and I would recommend to anyone looking for laser tattoo removal. I set up my consultation and brought my 9 month old with me, they explained the process and then went over pricing with me and told me i could even do my first session the same day. so we went ahead but my daughter couldn’t be in the treatment room so the nice gentleman at the front desk offered to hold her for me while i went ahead with the treatment. i came back and they both were smiling ear to ear. such a welcoming business! thanks again, im looking forward to continuing this removal process with removal of hyde park

went in for a consultation & to start the process of totally removing a stick & poke on my left hand inside my left middle finger. i also ended up lightening another small tattoo (on my right hip) to make it easier for my tattoo artist to cover. wasn’t overpriced, i actually ended up paying much less than i thought i would. staff was really friendly & seemed to know what they’re doing. the pain wasn’t at all bad on my hip but i definitely felt it more on my finger than my hip, probably because there’s more nerves in my finger. within 10 minutes of the procedure ending the discomfort left. the procedure itself was super quick.

Staff was no prepared for my service scheduled for 11am. New ownership so I understand but for a treatment that takes 5 min to do I waited 25 min for them to tell me I then needed to fill out a new intake form, which I could have done while I sat there. I was not notified of price changes until I was sitting in the chair. A $60 difference in what I had been paying to the previous owners and my tattoo is 1 inch in size. They did honor my original price for that one visit and I will give them kudos for that. It is unfortunate that I still have 2-3 visits so if I want to finish my sessions and I will have to pay way more than expected for such a small piece being removed since there are not any other places locally. For recurrent customers they should honor their pricing from the previous establishment to keep them returning. Or at least some kind of discount. The DM (from what I gather) also was not very kind, she almost seemed annoyed I was upset. The only reason I am going back is because I dont have a choice. I do not recommend if you are just starting the process.
