The actual massage is good BUT the language barrier is a huge issue! I also speak a 2nd language so I understand it but they DO NOT speak any English which makes it very difficult to communicate what you need. I had a gift card which planned to use but they wouldn’t honor it & they couldn’t explain to me why… so much for my CHRISTmas gift!

$50 wasted that was horrible I hurt 20 times worse than when I went in. When I walked in the door there was other people getting massages done it was quiet and calm they were finished they were done I was the only one left they’re all talking back-and-forth the employees was not quiet or peaceful at all nothing worse than laying on a hard out like a coffee table it’s about what it looks like underneath no comfort to it whatsoever and a dry massage is not what anyone needs. Will not ever return the reviews were good that was the only reason I went not the experience I would want again

This experience was actually traumatizing. I’ve been here several times before and it was fine. I chose 1 (softest option) and he was doing like an aggressive 10. I kept telling him to ease up but he didn’t speak English. It hurt so so bad I was crying throughout the entire thing and pulling away but he didn’t get it. Besides that he was doing weird things that I don’t think anyone would enjoy. He kept putting his fingers inside my ears and also flicking my earlobes around it was very strange. I really wanted to get up and leave but wasn’t sure how to go about that since he couldn’t understand me. I will not be back because I don’t want to risk getting the same person again.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s an ok massage for the price and no appointment needed. But today I went in signed in for an hour massage and they gave me a thirty minute massage, when I told the guy I asked for an hour he said, we are busy. And sent me on my way! I’ll never be back.

I’ve been here three times, the first two were good enough which is why this is getting two stars instead of one. The massage I got was so bad that I ended early, the massage “therapist”switched out on me half way. The first one put lotion inside my shirt and got it all over my bra, the second one may have fallen asleep numerous times and basically went in circles for minutes. I signed up for highest pressure level and got the lightest touch. This was such a waste of time!! I’ll never go back here. Plus both “therapists” were burping over me.
