Very good and thorough massages for decent rates. Better quality body massage than other places similar to this. Would be higher rating if atmosphere were better. You hear all the sounds from the mall. Also, the bathroom is right next to the massage room, so you hear the toilet flushing and water running occasionally in the middle of your quiet relaxation. The other location near HuHot is a bit better in this regard.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismCalled ahead to see if they had availability. The man says yes. When I arrived the gate was closed. So I call the person back and he says 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, then called back. The man then tells me that the customer he is with at another location needs 15 more minutes. More then the 30 minutes then I’ve already waited. If they would have communicated better I would have potentially spent $300. On my visit because my shoulder is killing me. Very poor customer service.Called ahead to see if they had availability. I’ve been here twice now. Both visits have been a great experience. Friendly folks and they listen well to what’s the most problematic areas if you have you have any. Pricing is fair and reasonable as well. This is my go to spot for a great massage.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI received a 20 minute foot massage – sign states $22 dollars. Tried to get me to do the 30 minute one – no.They talked the whole time which to me beats the whole purpose of a massage. I then did a 15 minute chair massage ($18) – the whole process was awkward with the guy leaning his body on me the whole time. When I went to pay he said the total was 44??? I asked why it was 4 more dollars and he said because he added a “lavender packet.” He never stated that it cost extra – he just said “lavender fine?”… sure?? I told him he needs to state if something cost extra.. not at the end. He laughed, said it’s fine and then pointed at the tip jar. I told him I want going to tip him after he tried to up charge me.. he then said I owed him three more dollars…. worst experience. I watched my friend being massaged with an elbow down her spine, when he got tired he leaned on her. She had told him she needed help with her hip. I watched her wince in pain for 30 minutes. Next was my turn and we told him to be gentle, well I can guarantee it was in no way gentle I felt that elbow stabbing me in my back , I was never so glad to be out of there.
