I ended up at Rejuvenation because Lotus was closed for remodeling. I was in town for a New Year’s Eve party and got an acrylic fill with white gel color and glitter powder. My nails looked nice for a few days, but after that the gel was peeling off! The gel was layered so thick and the nail tech didn’t allow each coat to dry, that’s why it peeled off less than a week later. Too bad, they were all really nice people, but I can’t afford gel nails every 4-5 days.

I’ve been multiple times and will continue to make appointments here because the mani/pedis are good. However if you’ve never been here be advised the staff is distracting and not attentive at all. One person was sitting at a nail station watching videos at medium volume and eating. Another was texting for a solid 2 minutes while a customer was standing right in front of them waiting to pay. Pretty rude so be forewarned.

My pedicure was fine, they always did decent job, but my acrylics were HORRIBLE, I gave them 3 chances and it was always worse than last time. Gel is uneven, they were super thick and it’s been only 12 days and they are falling apart literally

What I love about this place is the honesty and integrity of the owner, Ricky. If you don’t like your manicure or pedicure or any of the services, he will fix it for free (especially nail services). The place is very clean, customer service is the best because they have an environment where everyone is welcome. This is a small family owned business that most Palm Springs locals and neighboring cities support for good reasons. I disagree with other reviews that says they are not attentive to customers. I have seen many people drop off Christmas presents to their employees during Holidays. That alone says something is exceptional about their people. I will never go somewhere else because this is the only nail salon I trust. They are clean, you won’t fear of getting nail fungus at all. I lived here for 11 years. To this day, this is THE BEST nail salon in town! Will recommend this to everyone and all those who visit Palm Springs (Canadians and tourists).

Critical: QualityWorst experience ever for it to have been my first time. Pedicures were way over priced and the don’t scrub your feet at all for 45$. The people working constantly kept up charging for things that should come with a basic pedicure. My nails however were the icing on the cake. I did not get the shape I wanted nor the design. The guy working stated he didn’t even do nails he was a truck driver who was filling in. He couldn’t do anything except regular polish. I requested dip powder and left looking like I need a fill when it was freshly done. Waited 40 min just to get them done. When I stated multiple times I didn’t like something he continued and never checked with me to see if I liked them. When he finished I was livid and explained I didn’t get what I asked for nor did care for the design or shape ( not to mention my right thumb was bleeding from him being rough and rushing even though the shop was empty the whole time), he simply stated “I will take $5 off” no sorry or anything apologetic. I have lived in Palm Springs for 9 years. I am here 8 months of the year. I just had a manicure and Pedicure, it was the best one ever. I loved how my manicurist treated me. She was gentle, and my very sad bad nails look the best ever. I wanted an establishment that was clean, and a manicurist that was gentle and professional. I got it all. I will definitely be going back. I will never spell her name right but I believe it is Chem lee. Sorry if I am way off. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
