I had excellent service at Rejuvenation Medspa until I had the (very expensive) Fraxel treatment to address my acne scars. The staff there convinced me it will change my life. The treatment was so aggressive and painful. It took me over a month to recover (unlike the two weeks they told me it will take) and it caused me permanent hyperpigmentation on several spots on my face that I am now treating. I asked for a discount on a peel treatment to address the problem the Fraxel caused but received no response.
