Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to Rejuvenate a few times, and have to say Heather gives the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. Her expertise, precision, tools, and the care she brings to each session is exceptional. She finds therapeutic pressure points and knots l didn’t even know were there, and I always have a precious few days afterwards of not feeling “crunchy” and tight. On top of that, she has a really warm and welcoming bedside manner and is very prompt and organized when it comes to booking appointments (which can be done over text – yay!) I’ve been to Rejuvenate a few times, and have to say Heather gives the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. Her expertise, precision, tools, and the care she brings to each session is exceptional. She finds therapeutic pressure points and knots l didn’t even know were there, and I always have a precious few days afterwards of not feeling “crunchy” and tight. Critical: CommunicationApparently they double booked. Left me waiting in the car while they “figured it out”. When I went in (after half an hour) I was scolded for talking on my phone. I was telling my friend that I wasn’t sure if they had our appointments and she shouldn’t bother driving out. Heather told me I mixed up the times. When I showed her the text from her confirming my appointment time she suggested I reschedule. No thanks, I’ll find somewhere else.Apparently they double booked.
