I really enjoy getting my nails done here. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I have never had to wait to be seated, they are always ready for me when I show up. My finger nails and toe nails come out looking fabulous, and the prices are extremely affordable and reasonable. Other nail places around here can be so expensive and your nails don’t even come out the way you wanted them to. Get your nails done at regal nails!

I wasn’t sure about trying a Walmart but my usual place was closed and not letting people know when they were opening up. I use Doug all of the time now and his staff. Doug always makes time for me which is appreciated and my nails always look great.

Love the work Doug has done on my nails. Each time I come in with a picture of how I want my nails to look, he never fails. Also, the pedicure was great for my 1st time. I prefer going during the week since it’s not too busy like the weekend. Reasonable prices as well.

Inside Walmart, but not crowded when I went in the mornings. Doug is friendly and good with Acrylic Tips & Fills. Idk if they increased their prices since Covid, but each time I went(2X) I was charged $10 more than was posted on the menu board in the salon. I didn’t get a design of any kind or a French, so the price for a Fill was too steep.

Don’t waste your time. Had an issue with my nail polish actually fading in spots, it looked like tie dye after about a week. I went back in and showed it to Doug and he looked away and said he didn’t see any problem. When I told him there WAS a problem he said that I must have stained it. I told him it was impossible for me to stain 20 fingers and toes so he wiped acetone on one to see if it would come off. It did not. I told him I would pay for my manicure but not my pedicure as it was really bad on my toes. He finally said he would take off the gel charge on my manicure only. I told him it was only fair he take the gel charge off both the mani and pedi and I would pay the rest. He looked frustrated and said FINE! Not one person spoke to me after that… and the place was empty except for me. He tried to make me uncomfortable but it didn’t work. Before i left i told him all I wanted was for him to say sorry about that and make it right. It wasn’t personal and you should try to treat your customers with some respect. It basically cost him nothing to give me the gel for the regular price but you would have thought that I stole all his money from the register. I’m sure he doesn’t care but I won’t be back. Since it has been empty 2 out of the 3 times I had been there I’m guessing I’m not the only one.

Worst French tip I have ever received. The nail tech also didn’t trim my cuticle during my pedicure, or use a callus grater big enough to remove dead skin on my heels. Its not worth the savings for the poor craftmanship. What’s really scary…4 other people were being trained to work in this salon by the incompetent nail tech.
