I’m not usually the type to give negative reviews but here we are. I have never had any issues here. Been coming for years. But the pedicure today was horrible. She didn’t listen , I kept asking for her to correct the issue and she just ignored it and kept going. I didn’t finish my pedicure just went ahead and got my eyebrows instead. To which I stated not to thin them out. I just wanted a clean up. Guess what they did ? Totally different shape and so thin as well. I have never been so mad and frustrated with a nail shop in my life.

I won’t be returning. I popped in for a refill and a pedicure. There weren’t any other customers and 2 employees present. I was immediately sat at a pedicure station. I chose my color and sat back to enjoy. When the technician asked what kind of pedicure I wanted I told her. She kept pushing for the higher services. I’m trying to explain that I have allergies and cannot do all the other treatments. She kept pushing until I was really firm, not as polite as I was initially. When she applied lotion, she barely rubbed it in and went on to polishing, letting caked up lotion dry on my legs. As she was rushing me off to the nail table, I had to ask for some lotion to run into the dryness on my legs so I wouldn’t walk out looking half crazy.

Very disappointed! I went on 11/3 for refill and shellac. My right point finger nail chipped off on 11/9 then my other nail on left chipped off yesterday. You would think a overlay with shellac would last a long time. I have always had that done at other places with no problem!

Went to get a shellac mani on Saturday 4/10/21. The people were nice, but they were rushing. The polish has been chipping off and it has been 6 days. This is how it looks today and I haven’t picked at it, you can see it’s starting to crack on my other fingers as well. What’s the point of paying extra for shellac if it isn’t going to last?

Under new management, this Regal Nails Salon has new look and new atmosphere. Staff are nice and provide the best service. Got a pedicure here, just the classic one but the guy who did my feet really did a good job and a good massage. So relax.

Alex did my nails and she was excellent! I told her I was getting my engagement photos done with close ups of my ring and my nails needed to be perfect, and they are! There isn’t a single spot anywhere like on the side of my nails that was was missed. She was patient and took her time but was still timely and I didn’t feel like I was there for forever.

Walked in for shellac before a trip. Wanted a simple color that would go with everything. They were quick to seat and polite. Did a good job, found 2 little spots that needed to be fixed after so I went back and they fixed it right away. I rarely get my nails done but will come back here again when needed.
