They were unsanitary the guy brought out a used paper towel a used nail file and it was just concerning and he didn’t know what he was doing a lady had to come and fix his work it’s uneven and I got many cuts and my hands because of the guy the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the final result isn’t that bad other than the unevenness it’s pretty good work when the lady came and fixed it. Also the price for how simple the nails were was not worth it and while doing my nails the guy pulled out his phone and started texting someone. I will not be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityListen, the only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one, is because of the prices. They are the only salon in town still charging the old-school prices. However, their service shows you why they do. First off, if you schedule an appointment, the nail tech will not be on time. Then they will tell you not to bother scheduling an appointment, just walk in. Well, guess what, I tried that too and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a nail tech to show up. Mind you, I showed up at exactly 10 AM. Somehow there’s already one customer here, and only one nail tech. Then, the first time I came, I was charged one price for a fill, but the second time I came she charged me less. So apparently you’re just making up prices as you go. Again, still reasonable, but consistency would be nice. I need to know ahead of time if I’m paying $15 for a fill or $25. Pretty much the only thing consistent here, is the lady doing pedicures. Good customer service & awesome job on my feet. I got the wax pedicure prices are reasonable so I left a really good tip! I usually go to another shop but they were closed this location was open. Glad I gave them a try I will be back.
