Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had dip powder nails on and came in to get them removed. I was the only customer and the nail lady proceeded to take nail clippers and rip/pry them off. I told her that it was painful and that I knew they were supposed to be taken off with acetone and she replied saying that it didn’t hurt and it was fine. She told me it would take her way too long. After standing up to leave, she told me she’d do it. The entire time she complained and said I was wasting her time. She kept guilting me and telling me that I was being too dramatic. Honestly, it was the worst customer service ever, if you even want to call it that. It was more like customer shaming. I will absolutely never be back again. And, after all that, it was $15!
