Critical: ProfessionalismThe last visit was the worst visit ive ever had there. I was the only customer in there. He was so busy watching a show or a movie on his phone he wasn’t paying attention at all. My nails were very thin and when I asked if he could make them thicker he said no. Even after I offered to pay extra. Ive been there plenty of times and they were never done that thin. They were awful, very lumpy, all different lengths. He got so upset he sent me to the lady that had to file and polish. I been going there since I was 14 and in now 33 and that was the worst job they have ever done. The last visit was the worst visit ive ever had there. I was the only customer in there. He was so busy watching a show or a movie on his phone he wasn’t paying attention at all. My nails were very thin and when I asked if he could make them thicker he said no. Even after I offered to pay extra. Ive been there plenty of times and they were never done that thin. Someone else came in so she hurried and got me done in probably almost half the time. She knew the other people she was very friendly and nice to them. The lady was not friendly at all. She didn’t show me how to work the chair. She hardly spoke to me. She wasn’t busy at all. Someone else came in so she hurried and got me done in probably almost half the time. She knew the other people she was very friendly and nice to them. The color my wife wanted the lady argued with her that it was not a good choice so she picked a different color instead of arguing. Then my wife asked for a design. The lady argued again and said it was to much. My wife gets her nails done all the time and does a very good job at picking her colors and designs. Then to top it off my wife has long natural nails and the lady grinded them down to her skin. She will never go back there again.My wife went in for a full set. My wife went in for a full set. The color my wife wanted the lady argued with her that it was not a good choice so she picked a different color instead of arguing. Then my wife asked for a design. The lady argued again and said it was to much. My wife gets her nails done all the time and does a very good job at picking her colors and designs. Then to top it off my wife has long natural nails and the lady grinded them down to her skin. She will never go back there again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWill not come backWhen I came in all I wanted was a fill in, I had broke a nail prior and just needed a fill in. The nails overall looked fine. When I sat in the chair they informed me about how broken my nails were and my acrylics were broke (yes, I know, I do normal human things on an everyday basis to where my nails do chip and break). They then told me that I need to get gel (when I just wanted regular because I don’t like how the gel feels on my fingers and it is more prone to pop off) Anyways they informed me on how wrong I was and that they never popped off on their customers. They said I needed Gel. I then told them for what seemed like the fourteenth time I didn’t want gel. My friend, who sat a few seats away from me was asked where she had been previously and how horrible her nails were and were talking bad about the place we had been previous. Which I believe was unprofessional. The other lady came over and began working on my nails and clipping off all the acrylics I had tried my best to grow. She then proceeds to dig into my nail causing me to yelp in pain. She then asks “am I hurting you.” I tell her it is a little painful and she grabbed a bowl and poured something in it so she wouldn’t hurt me anymore. This is of course after she stabbed my nail so hard I felt like it went through. She then buffed my nails and made them so thin I felt every stroke she did over my pinky. After that, she applies my new acrylics. Since I had gotten tired of them telling me I needed gel I just told them to get the gel. So then, the lady and another one were talking about my colors. While she was applying my acrylics, she was distracted and made my left thumb nail look lumpy, but I was in so much pain I just decided not to speak up. The lady who did my nails then used the Dremel over my pinky then went over my actual skin around the base of my nail. She stopped when she saw blood coming out and apologized. She then went back to using the dremel. Overall was a bad experience and I would suggest going some where else.
