Critical: QualityI’ve been getting acrylics for the past 7 years, so I am very familiar with the application and removal process. I had an event coming up, and needed my nails done as soon as possible so I decided to give them a try. As she was applying the acrylic, I could feel my nails burning. I chose to ignore it since I thought that maybe I was the issue and my nails were just too sensitive. After two weeks I got a refill, and I decided to get them soaked off. When I tell you that it took more than 4 hours to partially remove the product, I’m not even exaggerating. It was hard and of a VERY weird consistency. It also left my nails extremely brittle and damaged, which had never happened before. Please be careful with your nails. She’s my nail guru. I show her a picture of what i want and she takes it and makes her own and its always beautiful. I don’t allow anyone else to touch my nails. She’s definitely the best nailtech in the Franklin area. She truly loves doing nails and it shows. She’s the sweetest person and the lady who works with her Fawn is always nice as well.
