We are new to the Naples area and after looking up reviews my mom, sister and I decided to try out Regal Nails. They were welcoming and friendly. They aim to please and go above and beyond for what you want. If you aren’t satisfied, they insist on making it right. The place is clean and modern with fabulous massage chairs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. It will be my official new nail place! 10/10 Thank you Regal!

Went in for a pedicure and my lady was awesome! But when u go for a pedi and if u get gel polish they want to charge 20 extra for the polish. So I brought my own in and the owner still wanna charge me 20. That is ridiculous when ur paying for the service already!!!! Shame on ya that’s called being greedy!!! They totally lost two customers my husband and myself!

I have been going to this location for years for a Pedicure every six weeks. Mai and Jamie are both wonderful owners and I always feel good when I leave after getting my toe nails clipped. The establishment is always clean and Mai always takes her time . I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Pedicure and I have lived in Naples over 30 years. Great location, staff, and service.

I’ve been to this place twice, it’s convenient for me since it’s extremely close. Both times that I have gone I have gotten gel nail polish. Gel is supposed to last 3 weeks ( some chips here and there) but my nails did not last 1 day! Not sure if the nail polish is old, but also the set of matching colors I got were totally off! Also, the male worker who works doing acrylics was very rude. I will not be going back to this place!

Went there before and the gentleman that did my nails and pedicure very nice and funny he did an amazing job.. came back again another older gentleman was there wanted pedicure and a new set acrylic color powder no nail polish I don’t like nail polish which I’ve been doing for many year.. told him what I wanted he pretty much was telling me if he do it in colors powder I need nail polish he won’t b able to see the acrylic which makes no sense. New set fresh nails to work on and then said he’ll fo WTV I wanted and seconds later, he can’t because my nails will turn green.. how is my nails going to turn green when I’ve been doin this for years? I always get refilled every 2 1/2 weeks and my nails never ever turn green. I said sir it’s a new set I have and he said “I refuse to do your nails and he’s sorry.” Smh he wasn’t sorry but it’s ok you not hurting me plenty of nails salons in Naples, Fl. I usually go to ts nails my nail tech was busy and I came back because I had a great experience the first time.. anyways him refusing me was a blessing in disguise went to TS my tech became available. The guy I forgot To get his name smh God bless u. I should of know it was going to be some bs when I came in before this older lady and she even said herself I was here before her he told her to go sit to get her toes done first when I clearly said I wanted a pedicure and a new set but he told me to go have a seat. First time great experience, 2nd time a waste of my time.

This is not a salon you should go to if your looking for any design on your nails or great quality. if you want basic nails, poor quality and attention them this is the place to go to but I know that’s not what a person wants if there going to be spending there money on it.
