They took a lady in front of me that wasn’t a appointment and like most nail places you can hear them talking about people and they were talking about my nails being so yellow and laughing it’s rude that they do that and talk in their language thinking people don’t know or don’t have translator apps. The guy in there can do really cool designs but his work isn’t very good it doesn’t last the girl they took in front of me he just did her nails yesterday and they had broke by the time she got home they fixed it for her no problem the last time I had him do my nails within the first week my nail broke and then they didn’t want to fix it cuz it had been a week the ladies in there do really good work

It was my first time trying this salon, Mimi did my nails & she was fantastic.. she took her time & did them even better than what I asked for! Didn’t catch the name of the girl who did my pedicure but she was awesome too! Everyone was very friendly, salon was clean, I’ll never want to go anywhere else!

The ladies was nice but after getting to the register and being told one price and paying… They said they made a mistake and charge me almost 20 more ..I will not be returning…Doent make sense I was not charged extra for the designs on my fingers but charged so much for two toes..

What i asked for vs what i got.. $58 for a fill in, a repair, a cut down, and a design.. I only had them cut down for the design.. Then i go back because i am livid at how they turned out to get the design changed to a regular color and was charged $20 extra! This is normally the only place i go but i will not be back!

After one week, 5 of my daughter’s nails broke. This is a 15 year old girl that doesn’t have a job, doesn’t play any sports and hasn’t hit her nails on anything. They broke for absolutely no reason. I took my daughter back to get them fixed. Was told they would fix them for free if my daughter didn’t brake them herself. They fixed 4 of the nails (refused to fix the 5th for some reason). While fixing the nails,, the woman cut my daughter’s thumb with the clippers which made her bleed. The woman never even apologized either. After they were done, they said it would be $15. I said you were supposed to fix them for free. They said the nails broke because they were long. That makes absolutely no sense. We will not go back there. If they would have told me they were going to charge me, I wouldn’t have gotten them done there. But since it was already done and you can’t very well return them, I had to pay. I feel like I was ripped off!!
