Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI gifted this to my wife and daughter, and also a friend of ours went with her daughter….When they went to do our friends pedicure, they literally cut the skin on the tops of her feet!! She was in much pain, and had a difficult time putting on her shoes for 2 days!! They didn’t even apologize, nothing…just kept going and acted like nothing happened scrubbing the cuts even more!! My wife noticed on the table she was as with our daughter, that there was white “nail dust” all over the tables caked onto the tables meaning it hasn’t been washed for days/months! They offered no sanitizing gel during this covid time…ect. Terrible service, all I wanted was to give a good gift to my wife and daughter and friends for them to be pampered, they were not pampered. I gifted this to my wife and daughter, and also a friend of ours went with her daughter….When they went to do our friends pedicure, they literally cut the skin on the tops of her feet!! She was in much pain, and had a difficult time putting on her shoes for 2 days!! They didn’t even apologize, nothing…just kept going and acted like nothing happened scrubbing the cuts even more!! I have been going here for years but the regulars are not there anymore. I felt like she rushing through me just to get her next customer. Worst job ever. They were thick and clumpy and uneven. Paint was the worst. I went back to complain she said she would fix them but I didn’t have another hour to waste. 40 dollars and 10 dollar tip. I ll pay to get them fixed somewhere else I will never go back there .
