If you have hair and you live anywhere CLOSE to the Bay Area you must visit Shelby at Refined Haircraft. Being in the military, it is so hard to find a stylist you like as well as trust and I found just that in Shelby. My locks were so damaged and dry and, on the first appointment, I walked out literally feeling and seeing the difference in my hair. Shelby is a true genius and always listens to my needs/wants and exceeds them. She genuinely cares about how YOU feel as well as your hair and wants you leaving happy.
