Cold water pedicure? Said they couldn’t make it warm. Had No water jets going, No English just pointing. Lumpy polish, uneven filing job, cool water! Worst pedicure experience ever! We had appt for 2 people at 11:30, 1 mani, 1 pedi; they didn’t start my daughter’s manicure until 12:10, when I was almost done, we should have just left. , Now its 2pm and still waiting for her to be done! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, go somewhere else, Anywhere else.

I went for an acrylic fill in since my other usual nail spot was closed for the week. This lady was using the wrong drill bits and using it on my skin and cuticles making them bleed. She spent an hour applying acrylic incorrectly. The beads were runny and dripping down the sides and on the back of my nail. She applied it top to bottom making them bumpy, wide, and thick. I explained to another lady passing by that I was there for an hour and I’m very unhappy with this application. So she took me to another table and spent 40 mins filing and shaping my nails. They turned out good and she only charged me $20 after being there for almost 2 hours. But the lady who applied my acrylic clearly isn’t licensed. Her mistakes are simple nail knowledge and I’m surprised she was hired. Really disappointed and surprised this happened after hearing regulars rave about this place.

New to the area and came here one time over the summer to get a fill in and gel manicure. I thought they were pretty good considering the place looks “ratchet” but it did not matter as I was happy with the service and the fact that I finally found my go to place after trying out two other local places.

I have been going to Kelly for almost 20 years now she does a very good manicure and pedicure I get a gel done on my nails and they look fantastic after it’s done I highly recommend her for yours she is very sweet and personable and Lisa the owner is also very nice and so are the rest of the people that work there and the place is very neat and clean you won’t be sorry you tried red spot

Terrible service, does not listen. I just returned from the worst pedicure of my life. Wanted to try somewhere new. First of all, when I walked in one of the workers (younger girl) was sitting in my pedicure chair. She got up and then they told me to go sit in that chair without cleaning it (COVID 19 doesn’t exist anymore)? Her mother did my pedicure. As soon as she turned on the water, I could smell a rotten egg smell from the water. I’m not complaining about my pedicure lasting less than 15 minutes because that smell was HORRID.

I came is to get a pedicure with callus remover and I cannot believe the service. The place had a horrible odor and the young girl that did my nails did not scrub or do the callus remover at all (you could see that she wasn’t trained properly). I Have been going to Lisa for my nails since she was in another salon years ago! And when she moved to WM I followed her along with my daughter and friends ! She has a great clean place very inviting and her girls are very sweet and very talented I would not go anywhere else to do my nails , they welcome you with open hearts and make you feel right at home! If their is a design you want ? They got you!!!! And if you are not sure what you want ? They got got you I have never left unsatisfied !!!! Lisa , you are very very talented and so are your girls ! It’s a beautiful gift! Thank You for Everything and Thank You for always making me leave HAPPY
