I’ve been to many foot spas and went here on 9/10/22. i am aware how a typical massage goes and found my experience here VERY inappropriate and unprofessional. I was extremely uncomfortable so I rushed to leave when my session ended. I intentionally meant to give him a low tip but bc i wanted to just get out of there i accidentally handed a $50 bill as part of the tip instead of a $5. I think he could have asked if I meant to tip that much or if I made a mistake being that the tip was more than the actual service but I didn’t realize until I got home. I will take the loss bc after that massage I said I’d NEVER walk in there ever again. I advise go somewhere else, especially if you’re a female

We usually love Red Lantern, and I don’t know if they were having an off day, but we made appointments for 4 and had to wait about half an hour before we were seen, then the people who came in after us had the same issue. The gentleman doing my massage was definitely distracted because the people waiting kept talking about how they had to leave soon because they had a flight to catch. He only worked on my left side and barely touched the right, and he kept getting up to I guess figure out what to do about the people waiting.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI arrived at 2 for a one hour foot reflexology. The guy starts and is interrupted several times with people coming in. No when I sat in his chair I had just answered a text message. It was 2:07 PM it’s now 2:38 and I’m sitting in my car. Did an hour massage with my GF and honestly we got a great massage for an amazing price. Can’t wait to go back! It was full body massage and even involved hot stones at one point. Highly recommend!

If I can give zero stars I would. I had the male masseuse and he was just horrible, it felt like he was in hurry the way he was massaging me. The oil they use smells like cooking oil I couldn’t wait to take a shower as soon as I was done. On top of that he was soooo rude. I’ve never had a more unpleasant experience than I did in this place. And btw I didn’t just visit this place once.. I gave them another try in hope that the last visit was just a fluke.. I was wrong. Save your money and time, this place is a complete waste of both.

I will not be back. These people are unskilled workers who know nothing of reflexology, but plenty of sloppy foot rubs. It seems that the business owners depend on the clients’ tips to pay their tired employees. God forbid you try to leave less than $10 for a $30 session! They’ll show you an index card with the list of tips that “other clients” leave for that type of session. Tips are not optional, but mandatory in this place.
