Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy boyfriend and I went to get pedicures here because our normal place was full. Process was rushed and both of us work on our feet all day and my feet are still callused and scraped from the half exfoliation they did. Two women came in during our visit letting them know their nails were messing up even though they were told they were good to go, and after sitting them down and beginning to help them, the man went to the back and never finished the job. I’m usually one to give a lot of grace to these places because it’s hard work but this went cross the line. My boyfriend and I went to get pedicures here because our normal place was full. Process was rushed and both of us work on our feet all day and my feet are still callused and scraped from the half exfoliation they did. Two women came in during our visit letting them know their nails were messing up even though they were told they were good to go, and after sitting them down and beginning to help them, the man went to the back and never finished the job. I’m usually one to give a lot of grace to these places because it’s hard work but this went cross the line. Reconsider giving them your money.

My friend and I wanted to have some fun. We went and got a Mani & pedi. We called ahead of time. They answered the phone and were very polite. Everything was very clean and it was decorated beautifully. It was not loud. The massage chairs felt great. 5/5 for sure. Recommended highly. Our nails look amazing. Both the man and woman were excellent , respectful , nice & skilled. ,

My daughter and I came here for mani’s and pedi’s. No one spoke English the whole time we were there besides being told hello and what did I want done today. My daughter had to tell the woman doing her feet many times that she was hurting her and clipping her nails to far back. When I said something the woman got up and walked to the back and got an older man to finish the job. He seemed annoyed with my daughter and I the rest of the time and then charged me $80. And those are not the correct prices on the wall. I will never go here again and would not recommend them to anybod.

This lady was terribly awful!! Not even 1 star given. Were Bubbles in the Polish, nails were not filed straight and was very crooked, wasnt cut the length i asked for, clumps of glue under nails, tips were glued on crooked, didnt even fill the nails in 100% and there were gaps all around my nails where they wasnt filled in, and stayed on the phone most of the time while she was doing my nails, was rough massaging my hands and made my ring cut my finger. I repetedly asked if all of this would be fixed and was given a snotty look and was never corrected! Never ever will i ever go to this place again. Worsed experience of my life getting a manicure.
