I was here yesterday and the lights went out when my eyebrows was about to be done:(. The lady said she could still do my eyebrows with no light and I trusted but suggested if she can use a lamp or a source of light so she can do it well. She used her phone light and I was not please with my eyebrows but I had to leave so I paid and left. But when I got home I saw it was really bad so I came back to get it fix and Jebun did a phenomenal job by fixing it!!!! What a difference and great service recovery! Thank you you Jebun!

My experience with RC has been so relaxing! I’ve been coming here for over a year for my brows. She always recommended that I get a facial but I never had time. A month ago I finally said let me get a facial and omg I have been missing out. Not only did I get a facial but she gave me a back massage as well and I wasn’t even expecting that. My experience has been remarkable and I’ve already made it my business to come monthly for a facial.

This was my first time at this particular location but I have been coming to RC for a long while now. It is great to have a good service like this on the Southside. I come and see Amy & she ALWAYS has me and these brows leaving looking the absolute best! I usually get threading and tinting but I’ll be trying some of their other services as well.
