Critical: Quality, ValueI called to get an appointment last week for a beard trim for my husband per his mothers request for his sisters funeral. The receptionist was nice, the appointment set up was easy and available, everything on that end seemed good. My husband went to the appointment and came back with a less than average beard trim and a neck with a huge rash and reddened area. It was like nobody moisturized him for a basic neck trim-something I would think someone with a massive list of different types of beard trimmings would understand is necessary-and he was in pain. It looked like the worst razor burn Ive ever seen and he could have done, and has done, a better job trimming his own beard and shaving his own neck with $20 clippers from amazon. The days the razor burn stayed, he stood in a receiving line at a funeral with a suit on rubbing on his terrible razor burn. We had to go buy aloe for sun burnt skin to put on his neck. This was the last thing we felt like dealing with when trying to grieve at a funeral. DO NOT go here if you plan on looking nice for a special event. DO NOT go here if you expect a proper shave. The receptionist was nice, the appointment set up was easy and available, everything on that end seemed good. I even brought my one and a half year old grandson in for a haircut and the stylist (Stephen) did a wonderful job which is no easy task. Get a straight razor shave ….great experience. I even brought my one and a half year old grandson in for a haircut and the stylist (Stephen) did a wonderful job which is no easy task. Get a straight razor shave ….great experience. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNo customer service had a problem made a call to the business never got a call back. Been goin for a couple months now and to charge $40 per cut but have the employees rush tryin to get as many heads done as possible the quality not there go here if you want a bad haircut.Service: Long haircut
