I’m funny about who I take my grandson to to get his hair cut. All barbers can’t cut kinky textured hair. Even some black barbers don’t do that great. Although these are Middle Eastern guys. The barber that cuts my grandson ‘s hair always does a good job!! Their prices are cheaper and the atmosphere is superb!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a new hair cut for the first time at Ramallah Barbershop in Feb 2021, they were really poor at communication and very unprofessional. The barber who was cutting my hair was watching a livestream of game for the whole session, he did not even trim my hair after cutting it off, my hair cut period was around 5-10 minutes as he was rushing for something else later, it was no other customers in the shop excepting myself, the result was not that I expected at all, then he overcharged my credit card. Always busy. They workers need to improve the way communication is done with their customers. Whenever one asks about service, they just say that appointments should be set. If I was a worker here, I would greet people more courteously. For instance, barbers can express that they’re welcoming by smiling, body language, and offering their number (in a card/or verbally rather than saying).

I really liked the haircut. I just showed him a picture of how haircut should be & he exactly did the same. I have shown same picture to great clips before but they ruined the hair style. I would recommend to get haircut from here. Ramallah Barbershop is best.
