If I could give a minus star I would. For some unknown reason Mr. Ralph would not see my mom for haircut appointment. No explanation other than he felt uncomfortable? Uncomfortable giving a haircut to an lady in her 70’s? Sounds like you’re slightly unstable. Who does that in a business? Wow!
