In November, I scheduled a 30 min massage for $40. The massage itself felt great. The woman massaging me alleviated my neck pain. However, after I got dressed she came back into the room so I could pay her. I gave her $50. She blocked the door and began speaking in an Asian language and gesturing that I needed to pay her more. Since the door was closed and I didn’t understand her, I felt incredibly uncomfortable to the point I gave her $60 hoping she would open the door, which she did. I will not be going back there.

So I was up All night with a severe migraine to the point it made me physically sick . I looked at about 10 massage places in the area being I’m not from around here recently started working here, looking at reviews , cleanliness , and of course pricing . I seen 1 recent bad review here and figured it was a 1 off . Which it certainly was . It’s not some bougee spa charging you 130-150$ for a 50 min massage . I had a 90 minute massage for 90$, not only did she get my migraine to go away but I told her the pressure I wanted and where id like her to focus and to keep it simple I will definitely be coming back here for my monthly massages going forward . Whoever the woman is that left the bad review must be a Karen and is cheap because leaving a 12.00 tip on a 60 min massage isn’t a good tip . Especially when most places run 50 min and cost you 115+ without tip .

I went to this place the Asian lady said basically they charge 60$ for one hour and half hour should be 30. But she said no they do 40$ for half hour and that all the places they do that. After I took a half hour message she acted like she needed more money and blocked the exit she asked me for a tip. Then when I gave her 5 she didn’t accept it and said we take 10$. I gave her 10$ but I’m not happy about being blocked in and there action as trick for the Custmers. So the Total with the tax is 54$ For only half hour message.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to this business a total of 4 times, and with each visit, there was always a balance of pros and cons. However my latest (and last) experience was beyond unprofessional. The lady clearly did not want to be there, and quickly made me feel the same.The first 15 mins consisted of the lady massaging with one hand, talking on her phone with the other.There was no technique and little attention to core muscle areas, and was more of just a rub down. After talking through my needs for my back pain there was a little more focus applied, as she mumbled under her breath.The lady was clearly tired, and I understand it’s a difficult job, but for her to complain about being tired during my session caused me to leave more stressed than when I entered.Trying to put myself into her shoes, I presented her a 20% tip based on the late time and her seemingly miserable night. She proceeded to scold me that it wasn’t enough.Unfortunately I will not be visiting this business again. Went here today and WAS NOT disappointed. Lulu was absolutely wonderful. The spa is very clean and the massage was WONDERFUL. I have been to many spas and have had plenty of massages and this was one of the best i have ever had. Truly. Ran over there for a quick look and ended up getting a 30 minute treatment. This place is a hidden gem. The price was perfect and I am hoping that this review gets some traction for her.
