Critical: QualityI will never go to them again I got there at 12 o’clock when they first open they did not welcome you in they act like the had attitude. I showed him a picture of what I want it done for my nails they said they can do it and then we were annoyed I ask him do they have a color that match what I want and the lady was rude she told me I need to look myself that was fine. I will never go to them again I got there at 12 o’clock when they first open they did not welcome you in they act like the had attitude. I showed him a picture of what I want it done for my nails they said they can do it and then we were annoyed I ask him do they have a color that match what I want and the lady was rude she told me I need to look myself that was fine. Very disappointed with the quality. 3 of my natural nails were badly damaged with the removal (on one hand) all the others survived. I almost got orange toes and pink nails had I not been paying attention. Tech communicated as if she understood what my requested services were. Lines in my to polish, clumpy/thick coat of nail polish. So I have one short hand and one long (of my natural nails.) I just paid for a service I was truly unhappy with to just get it over. Decided to just pay and go elsewhere. I felt bad I couldn’t tip, but can’t tip for a overpriced bad job. Still looking for a decent nail salon. 🙁

My first time here was yesterday. AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Very clean and the lady’s here are so sweet and lets not forget Jackie husband they all make you feel at home. Jackie did my nail and I love them. I will be back . If anyone looking for a nail salon I highly recommend this place. I been getting my nails done for over 10 year. She did a AWESOME job. I scheduled my first manicure here because of a referral. Jackie was able to accommodate me the same day that I called. Not only was she punctual, she actually took me a couple of minutes early. Jackie did an excellent job on my gel manicure. I am quite particular about how I like my nails. No ledges of polish near the cuticles and not too thick. She listened then did just as I had asked. She also assured me that if I were to have any problems with my polish in the next two weeks, she would correct the issue for no charge. I like that guarantee. We finished my appointment within an hour and I definitely plan to return in a couple of weeks for not only a gel manicure but also a pedicure.

Stopped here on my way to Michigan because of the reviews. Everywhere said they closed at 6 p.m. and after going out of my way to get my nails done here they said they didn’t have time. It was 3 p.m. There was one person getting a pedicure and one getting nails done. Bad business management!!!

Wonderful service! Brought my 93 year old father in for his first manicure! Jackie did a wonderful gel/ manicure for me! Wonderful people, wonderful service and very clean. The special air vent keeps the air free of salon chemical smell! See you ladies in 2 weeks for our family Pedicures

Critical: ValueI had called a head to get my nails done and get my granddaughters done as well I didn’t worry about the price not thinking that it would be priced too high but I was wrong. I have never ever paid $65 to get my nails done and truly if I had known what they charge I would have just walked out. The most I have ever paid was $45 for shellac. Then to add to my frustration I was going to use my debit card but she informed me that it would have a fee of $7 to use my card.
