I have been a client of radiance medspa for nearly 12 years. There have been hiccups through this time, and could have terminated services but stuck with them. Some examples include, bad information regarding laser. Told 3 sessions. When no results, was told oh, no, should have been 6. Another time I had migraines after Botox and was told not due to the treatments. They are now short staffed because a few providers have left. Many new faces. Recently I scheduled for fillers . When arrived was told scheduling error so rescheduled. Didn’t don’t receive confirmation and when arrived, was told missed appointment. I rescheduled for third time. One day before appointment, 6 weeks after original date, within 24 hours of receiving confirmation, received call saying would be better if went elsewhere. I am the aggrieved party and instead of making amends, I’m asked to leave. Great business model! With all the changes and lack of experienced staff, it’s a blessing. I since did research, found another provider,candy am happy . Thx radiance for helping me exit!

I was very impressed with the overall experience, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The spa treatment only took about 35 minutes and I was off with no outward redness. My second appointment, I missed sitting in traffic, they were very quick to work with me to reschedule my appointment. They have been great about respecting your time, you do not sit in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend Radiance Medspa if you are looking for relaxation or a little spot treatment.

This review is 10 years overdue because I have been coming here for 10 years! Staff is friendly and beyond competent. Atmosphere is lovely. I also like the makeup area where I can try stuff on and freshen up after a procedure. I like how their procedure and product offerings stay up-to-date and relevant, and that clinicians continually get training to enhance their skills. I also like that as a business, they respect your time- no undue waiting – and have monthly specials that can peak your interest in something new.

After having a less than impressive experience with Botox at another establishment, I decided to give Radiance a try. I’m so glad I did. I did a consult with Eve, who really listened to me and a did a great assessment and plan. Jennifer did my Botox injections, and also really listened to me and did a fantastic job. I’m so pleased with my results. She used the same amount of Botox as the other place I went…but with dramatically better results. I’ll definitely be returning here.

I am incredibly disappointed and angry. I understand we are in a National emergency state and they had to close down but I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment only to go to the spa and find out that they closed until April 23 but on their Little sign that they posted up with that anyone who has scheduled an appointment will be contacted by email or by phone call I received neither notification and I received a text message 4 days prior to my appointment asking me to confirm now this is just ridiculous especially since I will be fined if I miss my appointment or cancel it too late so if I’m held to the standard they are also held at a standard that they have to notify their customers. That was such a waste of time

Critical: ProfessionalismWent there once for Botox. While waiting for my turn 2 employees were talking badly about another patient I just sat there and listened. I asked if they were hiring and receptionist said yes I put in my resume and they called and scheduled a interview. I arrived at my interview was told the manager was on her way. After 30 or more minutes waiting receptionist comes in and tells me that the manager is not available never got another call back or anything here is the kicker the friend that referred me to them that has been going there for awhile well they refused her appointments after the interview fiasco.I found a new place to get my Botox with great customer service.Went there once for Botox. I’ve been coming to Radiance for the past 10 years, and I’m sure I’ll still be going there 10 years from now. I recently moved to Richmond, and still drive up every other month for an appointment, because it’s just that great. They’ve helped me address a myriad of skincare concerns since my early 20s, from (severe) acne to pigmentation to fine lines/wrinkles. The customer service, cleanliness, and quality of care is beyond exceptional. Billy is fabulous and I love her so much! I’ve had peels, IPL, and Tempsure Envi sessions with her, all with awesome results each time. My absolute favorite service is the Ultimate Peel; highly recommend. I’m regularly complimented on the quality of my skin, and I seriously owe it all to Billy and Radiance. Thanks, you guys 🙂

The facility was very nice and the staff was professional. I filled out the requisite paperwork and did not have to wait at all to be taken back for my IPL. The esthetician who did the treatment (Michelle) was knowledgeable and direct. She explained what i would feel during the treatment, what to expect over the next several weeks, and how i should care for my skin. So far my experience has gone as she described (i’m only one day post-treatment). If i asked a question, i was given a direct answer. No sales pressure for treatments or products i didn’t need or want–just suggestions if i had a product question but then no pressure to buy [and i didn’t]. price was as advertised.
