I have been going to Tiffanie for YEARS she is phenomenal and always nails exactly what I want. I always feel relaxed and comfortable at racines, from the minute I walk in the door and get greeted by the front desk staff, to the girls who wash my hair. The experience is always a 10/10.

We were very disappointed in our experience here, my two daughters and mom had Deanna and they said she was constantly leaving the room saying she forgot things while they heard her having a conversation with another person in the hallway. I think if your taking advantage of people first you told us $60 for facials which you cheated us by charging $90 per person and then should remain in the room with your clients and stop “forgetting” things. Deanna also left some of the product on their faces which we stopped at a local store so they were able to wash their faces. Then I had Rosie who I honestly did not have a issue with except I was charged $120???? Your service prices should be the same not if one person has more experience they charge more? I honestly don’t understand the method of this madness. The last thing I wanted to mention is the noise for a supposedly relaxing experience if I wanted to hear this type of noise I could have stayed upstate! This was very disappointing and I think the reviews which led me to trying your facility was definitely misleading and you are classic case of a bait and switch you should be ashamed of yourself!! The owner did contact me stating she would give me a refund and I actually ended up being charging more money.

This place is really spectacular. I’m from FL and vacationed to Fire Island for a week. I booked a last minute same day spa day at Racine. Rachel (the owner) was so accommodating, she made me feel so special! I had to coordinate the ferry schedule and uber travel to get there. She booked a massage for me with Christine (AMAZING – deep tissue) and a facial with Rosie (AMAZING- total glow). I also had a blowout to top off the day. I was treated like royalty on this day. They treated me like a valued weekly customer even though they knew I was from out of town and most likely will not return until next year. I felt at home, this place is a little hidden jewel. The staff is so warm and friendly. Thank you again for the most amazing “ME” day!!

I used Jamie from Racine Salon for my wedding day. Jamie was incredibly amazing!! She is such a sweet person and put me totally at ease the morning of my wedding. She arrived at 6am but you’d never know it was that early by how awake and attentive she was! I have had her cut and style my hair a couple times before the wedding, and she did my hair trial as well so I felt very comfortable working with her and felt she had a great understanding of what I wanted for my wedding day. Sure enough, she did an amazing job with my hair, and everyone else’s as well. I truly admired her ability to stand and do hair for several hours on end and still have a smile on her face!! In addition to Jamie’s phenomenal services, I also find Racine Salon to be a wonderful place to go for any hair needs. The staff is friendly and accommodating and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Jamie and the rest of the Racine team!
