I went hoping to get S&S and a gel pedicure. As soon as I sat down to get a pedicure, a table was slapped down in front of me. Another man immediately started doing my nails. Not even 5 minutes later, they were moving me to the manicure table. My back was hurting the entire time because I had to twist my body so the lady could do the gel pedicure while the guy finished S&S. I basically had my feet washed for $35. They closed in literally an hour. If my experience was going to be rushed in that manner they should’ve let me know that ahead of time.

42 bucks for a gel fill? + separate 12 dollar charge for gel nail polish? This is something unheard of? They tricked -people into spending more money I had a OPI nail polish in my hand and she switched it and said this one is better? Waited an hour and the OWNER Did my nails by the way! Also owner announces if other customers forget to tip and employees come up to you as you’re paying to see how much tip you left. Rude not a good way to make business get it together. It made me really uncomfortable how they DONt even ask to give you a back massage? They just came up to you and pulled your hair back ! You ask people first before you touch them! I TOLD THEM NO THANKS! 3 times and owner complemented my eyes 3 time really cheepy.. First and last time going & ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ! NAILS CHIPPED AFTER 2 DAYS!!!! Thanks for wasting my time And money.

Worst service incompetent went in with long nails asked for tge ballerina shape with a matte finish walked out with short stubby nails and a half assed matte finish polush and they had the nerve to ask for $30 even after i complained when she she messed up the first nail having to them all off. And i showed her a picture of what i wanted because I worried about language barrier. Dont go here for anything unless your over 65 years old and just want your cuticles cut

No wonder the salon was empty while a salon down the street had the entire evening booked solid… i asked for a classic mani pedi & they kept trying to pressure me for more.. after getting frustrated i said no to a bunch of add ons they rushed through the rest of the manicure & pedicure, didnt clean under or around nails or cut any dead skin or anything away.. i coulda done the same myself at home…
