Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWow! I just had a terrible experience at this place. Owner made a big mistake on one of my eyebrows by taking too much off. Was very rude during the threading, too. When I tried letting her know of her mistake she got really upset and told me to leave. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
