Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is the definition of ghetto. The service was so poor and the place was so dirty. The guy who did my nails had no aspiration to work. My pedicure was done in a rush. My manicure was so rushed, my nails were still brittle when I left. The edges were rough and he didn’t bother to wipe off anything or lotion my hands. First and last time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a roach. The reason the got 2 starts is because there is 1 woman there who does fabulous eyebrows. This place is the definition of ghetto. The service was so poor and the place was so dirty. The guy who did my nails had no aspiration to work. My pedicure was done in a rush. I put my shoes on with no polish and paid FULL price for this nightmare. I called back to question things and I was told that they didn’t charge me for nail polish on the pedicure. I had the worst experience of my life. My pedicure was horrible, then the colors were clumpy and hideous. I was so upset I could barely talk. I put my shoes on with no polish and paid FULL price for this nightmare. I called back to question things and I was told that they didn’t charge me for nail polish on the pedicure. Instead of apologizing and asking how they could fix my disappointment. Horrible place!
