I went there hearing great reviews from people. I went to get my nails done for a dance that I had. First the lady cut the nails way to short. And then she shapes them and doesn’t make them even at all there lopsided and I told her multiple times and she didn’t fix it. And she made the design crooked also told her multiple times still didn’t fix it. My nails also hurt now. When I press on them slightly it’s painful. Definitely not coming here again.

Brenda was so nice and gentle on me. Normally when I go someone nicks my skin or files my nail to much it starts to burn, but not Brenda. I also have white tips and she made sure that when she painted you would never know, other places two coats your done…. Ill be going back, want to try there pedis…

I was at Queen Nails II getting a mani- pedi and the technician that was doing my nails walked out in the middle to get her covid shot with other employees too. I do understand the importance of recieving the shot but I feel this was not professional whatsoever. I was left at the table as well as another client at another table for 20 minutes.
