Shortly after noticed several were. Was able to just pop them off like a glue on nail. Again this is dip powder that should last 2 + weeks and be hard to remove. I called the owner of the nail salon who said she wouldn’t refund me and basically too bad. This service was 40.00 that’s without the manicure I asked for. Just for her to do the polish. Went for Dip SNS manicure. This is 24 hours after. I was washing my hair and noticed one started peeling back. Shortly after noticed several were. Was able to just pop them off like a glue on nail. This was my first visit for a pedicure and manicure at this business. I’m sorry to say it was not a good experience. My friend and I went together and both had male employees to do our pedicure. They were not friendly and did not speak to us. They both went outside several times to smoke while working on our feet. My feet were exfoliated so much that I bled. I did get gel polish and he would cram both of my feet into the warmer. He burnt both of my pinkies. I had to keep telling him and he would just reposition it but it still didn’t help. I have had many pedicures and never had anyone tried to put both of my feet into one of those warmers before. The employee working on my friend didn’t even finish. Just left her without saying a word so a female employee came and finished hers. Needless to say we didn’t stay for the manicure or leave a tip!

This place is horrible I would never go back. They were sloppy as hell and they were too expensive being so unprofessional and all. The butchered my gel set manicure and pedicure and it had to be redone making me stay there all day basically and I still had to play full price !! Horrible service and they are less than mediocre. Manager (a guy) is super rude. I asked the girl doing my nails a question but she and I didn’t understand so her manager came over and lectured me for at least 15 minutes. I left with my nails only partially done. I’ve never been treated so poorly publicly for asking a question. Note: girl doing my nails was super nice and I feel bad about her manager losing her a client.
