Positive: QualityThey always do an amazing job! I like my nails super square and SHARP!This is the only salon that gets them right! Everywhere else rounds the edges instead of leaving them sharp. The BIG downfall of this salon is that they do not take appointments… and this is super frustrating for us working gals since I do not get off work till 5pm and they close at 6. Most of the time they can’t take me and if you go on a weekend be prepared to wait ALL DAY! The last time O went they had politics on TV and needless to say it was not a relaxing environment that you expect from a salon…. thank God there was not a wait. Please start taking appointments and be mindful that a salon should be a relaxing experience not a political debate. Maybe turn on some relaxing music or a Hallmark movie! It was my first time in years getting my nails done. When I arrived the wait was only about 10 mins and the nail portion only took about a half an hr. My nails are gorgeous and I’m very happy with the results! Definitely will be coming back!
