Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy nails always look fabulous. The artwork that is hand drawn is exquisite. They have so many colors to choose from. I’ve done gel, acrylic, and dips. Personally, I love the acrylic with gel on top. Everyone is wonderful. I’ve used Holly, Juan, Lisa and Stephanie. Everyone is knowledgeable. Plus, I’ve had excellent pedicures. My nails always look fabulous. The artwork that is hand drawn is exquisite. They have so many colors to choose from. I’ve done gel, acrylic, and dips. Personally, I love the acrylic with gel on top. Everyone is wonderful. I’ve used Holly, Juan, Lisa and Stephanie. Everyone is knowledgeable. Plus, I’ve had excellent pedicures. Critical: Quality, ValueI had a last minute flight out of anchorage and my usual nail place couldn’t fit me in so I decided to give this place a shot. My nails are absolutely horrendous. I’m looking at them in the light today and the clear coat on the top is not even fully on my nail!! Not only that but my nails are totally ridged and were not smooth to be even and the so called fill I asked for was barely a fill because they already look like they are grown out. I’m so utterly disappointed and cannot wait until my usual place fixes this disaster. I had a last minute flight out of anchorage and my usual nail place couldn’t fit me in so I decided to give this place a shot. My nails are absolutely horrendous. I’m looking at them in the light today and the clear coat on the top is not even fully on my nail!! They looked great, but by the time I had yesterday’s appt with Lisa at Queens, I had two damaged nails and two more lifting. That had never happened before. She knew immediately no one at Queens had done the work. I’m staying with Lisa at Queens!Yesterday was my first time in a nail salon in years. I really wanted a holiday mani with basic art, but was expecting pressure to buy the most expensive treatment (like the last salon), or to have to watch the technician like a hawk (the salon before that). WHAT???? This place was the WORSE. the lady that did my nails was SUPER rude and unprofessional. ive never left a bad review in my life but this was MUCH needed. after the lady completely butchered my nails, i asked her to redo them and the shape. she told me “im done with you” and CUT MY NAILS OFF??????
