Just as a previous reviewer shared… if you’re looking for a relaxing experience, this is not the place for you. Loud talking, loud TV, several school-aged children literally running around, yelling at the kids…. Nice job done with hair but that’s it. Braids

This was the second time I have gone into queen hair braiding the first time it was so tight I could not sleep at all for like 2 days and after that it was just sore very sore. I decided to go back and get crochet braids I called in first to see how much it would cost and I was told $80 so I went and got my hair done and it turned out great [ I bought my own hair to the shop] . I said I called in to double-check she sad but you didn’t talk to me ask someone in here I spoke to someone in here, if that was a problem because when I called you said one thing and you finish me are you want more I’m hoping that’s not how I will continue this time my head is not that sore she did a good job on it I was just disappointed that she wanted my money after courted me one thing , 80 was all I paid I asked if it was a problem and she said no,

I can agree with a previous review that all they want is instant money. They are not concerned with providing quality service and investing repeat customers. My braids started coming out the next day. The first plait that fell out I managed to re-braid into my hair, and it ended up being a tighter braid than the ones that were professionally done.

I called 15 minutes before opening for individual braids, and they took me right away. The two “Queen’s” that did my hair started immediately. It may have been a bit of a surprise to them that a guy was coming for extension braids, but they were very professional and did a wonderful job. They were able to work on me and others at the same time, and still finished in only 3 HOURS!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.
