Had a wonderful time yesterday went for pedicure ended up getting nails done and brows wax. My daughter nail were beautiful. The only thing I regret was not getting the name of lady who took wonderful care of me.

Critical: QualityWent here to get a full set and pedicures for my moms birthday. Her nails turned out great, but the guy that did my full set was horrible. He kept trying to pressure me to get dip powder then when he finished it looked like I needed a fill in already. He half way polished my nails and didn’t want to fix one after there was a bubble in it. Went here to get a full set and pedicures for my moms birthday. Her nails turned out great, but the guy that did my full set was horrible. He kept trying to pressure me to get dip powder then when he finished it looked like I needed a fill in already. He half way polished my nails and didn’t want to fix one after there was a bubble in it. I definitely won’t be going back there.

Have been getting my nails done for quit some time here but today left a horrible taste in my mouth. Got my nails done with gel Sunday evening. Went in this morning to ask if they could fix or redo (mind you I said I would pay ). Even though I feel I should not have to pay if more then two are chipping but was not going fight about it. The guy sat me down and ignored me for 15 mins. So I finally asked if I could start soaking;He then proceeded to ignore me all while three workers were not doing anything. Not sure what is going on but not the same quality of work as past.

I got my nails done today and the guy that did them was very rude. He seemed very aggravated the whole time, which made me feel uncomfortable. He was rushing and kept watching tv while doing my nails. He was rough and kept snatching my hand! I most definitely will never return and I would never recommend them to anyone! I hate my nails btw

This was my first time having my nails done at Q-nails. I only asked for a gel manicure. These are my natural nails, no tips added. I didn’t see a list of prices posted so I didn’t know in advance what the cost would be. Most places typically charge between $20-30 for a basic manicure. So my only issue was that it cost me $35 for the manicure but my nails look great. The added bonus was that I didn’t wait as long as I would at the place I normally go. I didn’t get the guys name, no name tags were worn and he didn’t tell me his name. But if I knew his name I would definitely recommend him.

This place was awful. Not qualified or worth the money. Went in with a bridal party. The only one person to put acrylics on and very clearly explained what I wanted. Once he was done shaping them they was not at all what I asked for he wanted to argue with me. So I just told him it was fine then the lady who was painting my nails, I told her I only wanted the tips done and she had to keep asking me if it looked alright yet she couldn’t do a French manicure tip color correctly and follow the lines of the nails to naturally curve. Had to have her fix a few places. Mind you I’m with a wedding party trying to chat and enjoy time with my girlfriends, yet I had to keep telling if it looked good then before we was done I showed her the places messed up and she wanted to complain about fixing it. And then didn’t even get it correctly. Once fully dried you can see a bunch of bumps in the clear gel acrylic. Just a waste of money prices labeled are not what they charge you. Don’t waste your money
