This place was clean, staff friendly, happy to go back. I’m especially pleased when they are patient w my gma. And a nice massage is appreciated too. I’m a little concerned bc I had a tiny nick (bc I wasn’t careful…their work was meticulous) and when I went to try to smudge it in a lil, the whole thing wiped off. We sat for ten full minutes to dry. Then we sat in the McDonald’s drive thru for ten. Then made the 23 min drive home… I’d think by now now they’d be dry. I’m not sure what would cause them to still be that touchy, but it was disappointing for sure.

Have been coming here for years and gave a 5 star rating 3 years ago but recently they changed there workers and are always under staffed and in a rush.still have to wait even if you make an appointment and there work has gone down hill. It’s a shame I used to recommend them to everyone better off trying another place in waterford Dip powder

I made an appt and was seen on time. They were very nice but quite unorganized and took some time searching thru baskets for the white color. Once that was done, she did a very nice job on my nails. However, a few days later my nail color began turning yellow in areas. I’ve never had this happen as I normally go to a Mystic salon but gave this one a try. I used rubbing alcohol on my nails and it did help. I did some research and read that poor quality gel polish can do this. I will go back to Mystic in the future.

I was searching for a new nail salon after moving to the area. I asked on FB and most everyone recommended Q Nails. Booked an appointment for a Saturday 9:30 AM Appt. Lee was very prompt and had me in a chair as soon as I walked in the door. He was very meticulous about making sure everything was near perfect especially when it came to the size and shape I requested. He did exactly what I asked for! The shoulder massage was a bonus! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work! I will be going back and will book with Lee once again! 10/10 recommend!
