Would not recommend. My mother (who works very hard and is never one to complain) had her hair done here and the OWNER was incredibly rude to her, suggesting she “get rid of the brass” in her hair despite her wanting the caramel color for summer. They completely changed her hair color from a nice blonde to grey and dark brown. When my mom finally uttered the courage to speak up, the owner was rude as could be, suggesting she wash it and that in 3 weeks it would lighten up. The owner finally admitted to having lost her card (with her previous color in for on it) and that they had to “make it up” They did not even offer to fix it or reimburse her for the mistake they made. Not at all pleased.

I was a new client and they placed me with Kiersten. I was very specific about the cut. Kiersten did exactly the opposite of my requests. She ruined my hair and I had to wait weeks to have another salon repair the damage done. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. $43.00 wasted on the worst.cut ever. I would ask that my funds be returned. My new stylist was shocked by the cut.

I was going here solely out of convenience when I lived 5 minutes away. I was seeing a hairdresser named Nelda. I then moved almost an hour away and I was struggling with some serious health issues that kept putting me in the hospital and caused me to have surgery. There were a few times when I really wanted to get my hair cut, but my heath was critical. Nelda called me back and told me that I had already canceled twice (even though I gave her several hours notice) and to never come in again. I was like WHATEVER! You’re NOT that good to begin with and I have to drive an hour to get there in the first place. I just hadn’t had time to look for a new place. Now I got a GREAT salon and Nelda can stuff her bad attitude and poor customer service because I’m so much better off without her! Good riddance!

I came in with a wedding party and everyone who worked there was so nice! Hence the one star for kindness, but the pricing was insane! The brides hair was less expensive and she had hair extensions plus updo! Mine was curled and left down! Just how in the world?!? I wouldn’t recommend! Not to mention my hair un curled as soon as I got back to the house down the street!!…I get my hair done A LOT of times (not from here) and never had this issue! So basically I paid $95 for nothing so I’m salty very upset! (Could have done my hair myself better)
