Worst waxing experience ever! I will never be back! No consideration of letting me know that my aesthetician would be a male for a Brazilian wax. He basically ripped out my hair while spreading the soft wax. Then switched to the hard wax which was too hot. He left it on too long causing the wax to break into pieces as he ripped it off. Bug on the floor, wallpaper coming off the wall. That should have been my first sign to turn around and leave but I tend to give the benefit of the doubt when a place is suppose to have five stars. I ended up leaving with chunks of wax still on my nether region, the job not even complete, and still having to pay despite everything. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING!
