I had a european facial, which I had bought through groupon and I must say I had a great experience. The ladies who greeted me were attentive and friendly. Ashley performed my facial and did a wonderful job. It is now the day after the facial and no inflammations, no break outs as a result of the extractions. My skin is GLOWING today. I am very pleased with the results. I loved it so much I purchased another 6 facials. Also the spa is a cute renovated house, clean spacious rooms, beautifully done. Great place, and great find on groupon!!

My first experience at this spa and it was 5 stars. Rachel’s expert suggestions of the type of facial and peel was best for my skin was much appreciated. She was extremely knowledgeable about the services this spa offered as well as the products they suggest for purchase. These were also just suggestions and I never felt obligated or forced to make a purchase. The management was also very accommodating and took the time to talk with me about my experience and my next appointment. They have a great monthly membership that I plan on joining next month after my next appointment. I can’t wait!!

I had bought a Groupon and had an appointment earlier this afternoon with Desiree oh my goodness I loved her personality and her honesty. The cut was one of best ever and the blow dry and curls she did I’m in love with. We had a fun time together and she took before and after pics. Will be going back in 6 weeks and she will be my new go to person for my hair needs. Thanks for an awesome experience!!! Will be bragging and referring people to her.

I wanted my skin to be perfect for my wedding so I set up facials and chemical peels with Ashley for about 3 months prior to the wedding. Ashley was so knowledgeable and found the right treatment plan for my skin type. My skin was completely different compared to where I had started and even the makeup artist noticed the difference. It made me glow during my wedding weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the results. On top of that, I had a last minute breakout the day before the first event and Ana quickly took me in. She was able to complete an express facial that really expedited the healing process. By the time I sat down for my first event’s hair and makeup session, my skin was back to normal. I would highly highly recommend these guys!!

I found this place on groupon and decided to give them a try for a surprise mothers day gift. They had two availabilities for facials on a Saturday morning, which made me thrilled. The spa is super cute, relaxing, and very comfortable. The waiting room is quaint and well decorated. The treatment rooms are clean and my esty, Ashley, was superb. She has 11 years experience and works 5 days a week at Pure Skin. She lets you know whats going on in the facial and makes sure she tackles your concerns while simultaneously addressing what she thinks is best, which is a fantastic combo to have during a facial. Two days later and I’m still glowing, my face is hydrated, and I’ve received so many compliments on my skin! I leave 45 minutes away and I really wish I lived closer because I would go every two weeks. Ask for ASHLEY!

I purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion facial, which I’ve never had before. I have very bad adult acne that I’m working to control and Ashley, my esthetician, did a really wonderful job of explaining the facial and what to expect. I signed up for a monthly membership and, in the past, I’ve felt that salons pressure you into buying their products and services, but I definitely didn’t feel this way at the salon. I’m looking forward to going back for my next facial and following the plan that Ashley and I designed for my journey to (hopefully) clearer skin. I can’t wait to see the results and highly recommend this salon! The staff is very friendly and inviting.

I purchased the Groupon deal for a facial with this salon, and tried to use it. Prior to purchasing this Groupon I looked everywhere on the site for restrictions of use, no where did it say its for new customers only, when I tried to make an appointment the receptionist said it was there in fine print. I was in the salon before for a massage not a facial, so they lost a customer for both! So no stars for the deceptive Groupon and 2 stars for poor customer service.

I would give this establishment 10 STARS if possible. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist (whom was super friendly) then the esthetcian, Stacie, led me upstairs for my facial. If you want the best book with, Stacie, not only was she super nice but knew her “stuff” and loaded up me with so much useful information, I learned so much about my skin and would highly recommend her. She cleaned out my pores and did a through job. The place was VERY clean and inviting. The facial room was nicely put together and the bed was very comfortable. I have been to other places where places looked very dingy and the bed was uncomfortable, this place is far from dingy. Stacie also asked if I wanted to upgrade my package which to me is the professional way to do it (others places I have been to ask as they are doing the facial and even stated oh you really need this upgrade so I feel obligated but not here). I will definitely be coming back. One if the best facials I have ever received.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the place is beautiful! Jessica did my facial and I cannot wait to come back. She was so welcoming and friendly, enjoyed this place so much I became part of the monthly membership they offer. I cant wait to come back for my next facial.
