Got a fill in done here. The ladies in there were very nice but the second she started on my fill, my nails were burning and felt like they were on fire. To add insult to injury, my cuticle/nail bed is extremely burnt and irritated. Every time i touch something, it starts bleeding. My nails honestly don’t even look that great for the amount that i paid. I would avoid this place, there’s many great nail businesses in this area.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHuge Disappointment!This place has definitely made a turn for the worse! I decided to make an appointment after not going there for quite some time and to my surprise the service awful. After driving an hour to get there I still waited another hour before I was called. The ambience was not professional, inviting or relaxing. Children were playing in the service area and an employee was giving them candy and snacks to keep them quiet. My nail tech didn’t put quality time into servicing me but rushed through it instead. My ombré looked descent from the top view but the side views were horrible… the nail tech filed them so hard that my cuticles were bleeding and sore; not to mention, after all that filing my nails were still shaped badly. I used to brag about how great this place was but not any more! Avoid!!! They take advantage of people and charge diff prices dependent on how much they think they can get you for !! Took my kid in they charged her $105. Not letting her know how much it was going to cost or ask if it was ok. After being told it would be $65. Then tells her dad, “that’s what happens when you have a girl””. Avoid terrible

Went here for the first time Friday and got a DND gel mani and pedi and I love it. They did a great job and I will be back. They even have the dip powders which I also plan to dry. My toes and natural gel manicure came out perfect!

I went here to get a full set from Brian. I use to do nails myself so I like what I ask for. Brian ignores your request and gives you what he wants you to have so that he can charge you more money. I asked for polish and he gave me gel. After telling him I did not want gel! I loved the way he laid my acrylic but he did not shape my nails properly. The people in this shop are also rude and out of pocket. Hanna is very rude, disrespectful and has a big mouth. I never paid $60 for a full set before and I will not be returning, ever! I want what I ask for and what I am paying for not what you want me to have so you can upcharge me a bunch of money.

Fantastic service today! Good number of customers but we (my mom and I) were taken care of pretty fast and by 2 of the nicest nail techs!! We’re from out of town but if we lived local we’d be coming here every time we needed our nails done!

I just had to walk out because I was so furious with how they handle their business. I arrived right at 10AM when they open and there was already a wait. I asked how long for a fill in and Bryan of course could not tell me. “We have to help those that were here first” which is fine ! But you can’t tell me how many ppl are in front of me ? At this point already annoyed. A lady walks in 10 min after 10AM saying she called and talked to Bryan THAT morning and she had an appointment at 10. So instead of him telling her she was late and she’ll have to wait he makes the lady in his chair GET UP and move to wait for the other lady to get her nails done !! Are you serious?! She of course walks OUT. The other lady then says she has her daughter with her and was wondering if she can get her nails painted too ?! (No appt) I waited over an hour and while STILL waiting Hannah finishes with her client thinking she was going to call me next … since I was indeed next but NO !! She calls over the lady’s daughter !!!!! I walked out with no service provided. I was coming here for years … never again! I was next and that little girl could have waited until her mother was finished to get her nails painted with Bryan since I was there BEFORE HER! That’s how you run a business appropriately! They really don’t care. Save your TIME AND MONEY !!!!
