I went to pure indulgence for my first time with my mom. I was super impressed by the service there. They were quick and when I left my hair looked amazing and they used such good products in my hair. My hair had never looked healthier and so fresh. I have always gone to barber shops. This is the first salon I have gone to and will remain a customer. The staff is great, they have good personalities, and its nice to have a conversation with people who don’t mind sharing their experiences. It’s a relaxing, feel good atmosphere, totally recommend.

It took her two minutes of asking questions and looking at the one pic I brought to know exactly what to do, which in my case is not an easy task and could easily go horribly awry for a less experienced stylist as I go from pretty dark to platinum ash blonde with shadow root.
