This is unfortunate that I couldn’t even conduct business here at this location. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and before I filled out the paperwork, I asked about pricing. They told me pricing was slightly different than I’ve received in the past(obviously higher) when I called this location, but I did not tell them that information. This tells me they essentially pull the price out of their a**. Before I arrived here, I also compared to multiple other clinics that offer a PRP service. For the pricing of 30ML of PRP, you can get ten X and two X concentrated at different locations for an average of $200-$250 cheaper per session and $400-$500 per package of three; I have a problem with this because essentially it is a one-time investment of $7000 for the centrifuge and phlebotomy kits to draw blood and each kid that they use on each patient is on average between $40-$90 The only other expense is time. I’m sorry, but for 15 minutes charging $800 to do one PRP session is unacceptable; they’re going for quality of commission over quantity of patients, and I despise that type of business model. The RN didn’t even give me the common courtesy of coming and telling me to my face that no the pricing was firm; she sent the front office staff to do her job. In today’s market, where everything is available instantly at a consumer’s fingertips, not being competitive is very damaging. It’s unfortunate because I was interested in more than PRP sessions at this location. I had friends that asked me since I was going in to inquire about other procedures. They would be exciting, and so essentially, they lost out on more than likely probably $30,000 worth of business all because of a pride issue of not wanting to price match. I’ve attached pictures of the waiting room. I was there for 12 minutes before I was given this information that a price match would not be honored. There are you, as consumers, who might not think anything wrong transpired here. There are also those of youse like myself who actually understand how to run a business properly and will understand that you have to give a little to earn a lot. What truly transpired here was just, unfortunately, miscommunication and the inability to swallow pride. Thank God for Florida’s antitrust clauses, which allow me to voice my opinion as strongly as I do. What little I did see of the business, the waiting room was pretty clean and very well decorated, and the two frontwomen behind the counter were pleasant and engaging. $$$$ I’ll give this place for money signs because it is costly at least for the service I inquired for.

I love this place! I am going to drive an hour and a half to get my fillers and Botox done from here on out! They were efficient and showed me my options without pushing me into some thing that I didn’t want to do. I had a real MD! I highly recommend it he did a very natural but effective job on my lips and wrinkles. A profound difference! Also it was totally painless! They do everything humanly possible to make sure you are totally comfortable and have a wonderful experience. Please try this place out!

I posted a really nice review a week ago because everything was great at first. Everyone was so nice and they made me completely comfortable. I looked absolutely beautiful and I was thrilled with the results. However it has been six days and it looks like I have had absolutely nothing done! It is almost embarrassing because no one can believe I spent $1400 on nothing. I politely called the Mehdi spa and told them I needed to speak to the doctor as I was having a little problem with the fillers. They didn’t even take my name and told me they would have the doctor call me back. I waited all day and finally called back they acted like they had no idea who I was or why I was calling. They blew me off and said the doctor wasn’t in but that they would certainly give him the message and I would hear from him in a day or two . Everyone, you know what that means!! They are not going to follow up or call me back. They could’ve told me that the first time I called but they basically hung up on me when I told them I was having a problem. So I see how their customer service is now they’re really nice while they’re taking your money , but when you have a problem they act like they have no idea who you are. My plan is to show up there tomorrow that way no one can hang up money or give me the runaround. I was happy to suggest that I have more fillers put in at my expense but she wouldn’t even give me the chance to say so she just said thanks for calling and hung up on me . I have to take down my other review and I am so disappointed as I really liked this place. But they do not stand behind their work so don’t have a complaint because they will not answering you. I guess it is worth a call to my attorney if they do not respond. $1500 is a lot of money to spend on a weeks worth of beauty.

Take stairs to 2nd floor, down hallway to the balloons! A nice office waiting area has 2 chairs, a private waiting area in back has couches. (Waited over 1hr) Gourmet delights were everywhere! The staff is bubbly & exuberant, ECLECTIC in style. Perfect place for a trendy crowd in harmony with today’s fashion, nose rings, tattoos! Spoke fluent English & fluent Spanish.

The Physician LIED about the treatment procedure and the cost. I was told I may need to come back for a second treatment and the cost would be $900, which I have on their company documentation. After I scheduled the second appointment, the Physician said it would be $2400, because “everything in the economy has gone up.” After showing the documentation, he refused any sort of treatment. SLIMEY business, especially for a medical spa where you trust them with important issues. I would NEVER recommend to a friend or family member. Stay far away!!!
