She can answer all my questions about skin and skin products and treatments. She is a certified PA, so I really trust her with the way she sanitizes and treats my face. I have gotten a few rounds of laser treatments for my hyperpigmentation and acnes, and I’m amazed at how fast my acnes faded. Before when I got acnes they would take like 3 months to fully fade. But with Sandra’s laser treatment, my acnes faded within a few days! I couldn’t believe it! I have also gotten a facial with her which was great. She was thorough with exfoliating and cleaning my skin, and my skin glowed afterwards and felt so nice and smooth. I also loved the chemical peel she did on me, and it was gentle and effective and I could see results within a week. I highly recommend her for all of my skin concerns.

Great experience and was so fast. She asked great questions and really listened to my symptoms. Sandra Chang had tricks to help understand my symptoms like having me push on my forehead to help understand the level of my symptoms. I usually feel the problem with Telehealth is not being there in person the doctor doesn’t really get to understand your full symptoms but Ms Chang is different and really is interactive to help understand. I would recommend this for anyone I know because of how easy the experience was and that I feel she actually was able to understand the problem and best help me solve it.
